The season-ending NCAA Regional Meet at St. Olaf turned out to be one last act of a familiar theme for Concordia in 2013.

Melissa Uhrich became the first Concordia athlete to earn All-Region honors since 2008 when she ran a 23:28 at the NCAA Regional Meet on Saturday.

Senior Ryan Sederquist led Concordia to an eighth-place finish at the MIAC Meet but it was freshman Matthew Lillehaugen who turned in the top feat of the day.

Melissa Uhrich led a pack of four Cobber sophomores at the MIAC Meet. Uhrich was the team s No.1 runner as CC finished in 10th place as a team.

Concordia used their final regular-season meet to get their top runner into championship meet shape and their freshmen crew a taste of top team racing.

Sophomore Melissa Uhrich ran a 23:35.7 at the Tori Neubauer Invitational and helped the Cobbers finish in 24th place in the final team standings.
